Any product may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date, providing that the seal remains unbroken.
Faulty hardware and accessories may be returned up to 12 months after the dispatch date.
Hardware or accessories, purchased online, may be opened for the purpose of inspection (but not used) and may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of the dispatch date. Please note that hardware must contain every component part (cables, memory sticks etc.) before it can be accepted as a return. Digital codes included as part of a bundle must be unused and still hidden.

Orders for TVs, Projectors, Laptops, Cameras and Mobile Phones purchased through our website may be cancelled up to seven working days from the day after the day on which they are received.
A valid proof of purchase is required for any return.
If sending the item back via our online service please remember to obtain proof of postage from the Post office at no extra cost to yourself.
Our Goodwill returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods or your right to cancel orders under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations, further details of which are available from the local trading standard department or citizen's advice bureau.

Express orders will receive priority treatment, and will be despatched by either Parcelforce 24 or Royal Mail Special Delivery depending upon the weight of the package. Overseas Shipping Charges, by Airmail:
Overseas shipping costs are calculated by weight, so the best way to find out how much it will cost to chip your order is to start the checkout procedure. Up until the point you actually pay you can easily go back and change your order or cancel it.
VAT is included in displayed prices of all taxable items on our website. Any VAT will be deducted at the checkout for orders going outside the UK, but remember, unless otherwise stated the recipient is responsible for paying any duties, taxes and fees charged by the destination country's government. If your order is returned to us due to non payment of such charges we will refund your payment minus costs incurred by us, i.e. cost of shipping and return shipping.
We use airmail tracked services for international orders, with either Royal Mail Airmail or Parcelforce.
We go to great lengths to ensure your order is packed carefully to avoid damage in transit, it is extremely rare for damage to occur.
